Returning Defective Products Policy

Our commitment to delivering high-quality products encompasses meticulous attention to detail. In the unlikely event that a product arrives with small defects or scratches measuring less than 0.5mm in depth and 4mm in length, these imperfections are within the acceptable limits of our technological process.

However, if the defects exceed these dimensions and are a result of manufacturing by Creato.gifts, we offer a return option. Customers encountering such issues are encouraged to contact us promptly via email at contact@creato.gifts.

It's important to note that our products are crafted as individualized items. We personalize each piece by engraving names, pictures, or text according to your specific instructions at the time of purchase. Please be aware that any mistakes in spelling, inaccurately provided names, or incorrect text due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be replaced or returned.
