Consent Declaration for Personal Data Processing in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council

I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data, specifically my three names, address, and email address, for the purpose of executing a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as for receiving informational and promotional messages regarding the products and services of Creato.gifts. I provide my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and Creato.gifts, followed by the shorter of: 1) the anticipated period for the retention of contractual documents as per the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, or 2) a period of 5 years.

I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by making a request to contact@creato.gifts, and that my request may not be fulfilled if it contradicts the fulfillment of legal obligations of the data controller or the public interest.
